Annual Day 2019
AE celebrates its annual day on 24th December every year. The 2019 edition featured Talent Shows, Races, Tug of War and other fun team building exercises. We also felicitated our employees who have been in service with our company for over 25 years!
Paperex 2019, New Delhi, India
AE participated in the 14th International Paperex Exhibition held from 3rd-6th December 2019 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The exhibition was immensely successful with visits from several industry leaders in paper manufacturing, processing and equipments.

AE Acquires M/S Ultra Flush Tools Pvt. Ltd.
On 21st October, 2019 ATLAS Engineering Group acquired the land, building and machinery of M/S Ultra Flush Tools Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, India. The company had 100 employees with annual sales of approximately USD 2 Million. They were mostly active in the straight knives business for the paper, plastic recycling and steel Industries. The factory was an fully integrated unit with heat treatment facilities, capable of producing straight knives up-to 4,000 mm in length and circular knives up-to 500 mm in diameter.
With this move AE has increased its capacity (see machinery list here) and entered into some new product lines such as Doctor Blade Holders for Paper Mills. Further we have introduced a 4 Week delivery program for small quantities/short run orders, significantly reducing our normal deliver time of 8-12 weeks. We would like to thank our customers, suppliers and other business associates for the continuous support that has enabled AE to make this strategic growth move!
Indiaplast 2019, Greater Noida, India
AE participated at the Indiaplast Exhibition held from 28th February- 4th March at the India Expo Centra, Greater Noida where they had their latest offerings for the Plastic Recycling and Plastic Manufacturing Industries on display. A large number of clients and potential customers visited the stall and understood the cutting edge solutions AE had to offer for an increasingly competitive market.
